Unilever가 Honest Company를 인수할 수 선두주자라는 뉴스네요.

Dollar Shave Club을 $1B에 샀는데, Honest Company는 얼마일까요?

참고로 DSC exit한 Comcast Ventures 친구에게 들으니, exit 당시 DSC 연간 매출이 $250M이고, 3년 이상 subscription retention rate가 50%라고 합니다. 결국은 높은 retention rate보고 Unilever가 산 것이라고 하네요.
